PRODUCT SAFETY
QueueWay Stanchions are Safe! Be Aware! Crowd-control stanchions all contain a powerful constant-force spring, used to retract the belt. If the retraction mechanism is not fitted with a braking system, and the belt is accidentally released, the belt will snap back with enough force to cause injury.
Many imported stanchions do not have braking systems built-in. By choosing stanchion(s) from QueueWay, you can be sure the product you choose has
- a locking-belt end to avoid accidental release
- and an effective braking system built-in

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 2 working days. By special request orders received before 3pm eastern can be shipped same day, orders received after 3pm can ship next day.
Unless otherwise specified all orders will ship via FedEx Ground for smaller shipments or FedEx Freight for larger consignments. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the merchandise invoice.
All QueueWay stanchions are flat packed 2 stanchions per box. Freight charges for assembled stanchions are based on volume which can add up to $30 to the cost of each stanchion! So to keep costs low we flat pack, assembly takes just seconds no tools required!
Remember QueueWay stanchions are packed 2 stanchions to a box so you must order in multiples of two.

To assure quality, we monitor every aspect of the production process, from initial assembly to final packaging. We do recognize that on rare occasions variations can occur and so all our products are covered by a full warranty.
Standard Two Year Product Warranty
QueueWay stanchions and wall mount units are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years. The warranty period commences from the date of shipment. If a QueueWay product fails to perform to specifications due to an imperfection in materials, manufacturer failure or defect, we will repair or replace it with the same or equal product upon return of the defective product(s) at no charge during the warranty period. QueueWay reserves the right to investigate all warranty claims. A QueueWay Customer Service Representative must be notified within 30 days of a defect occurrence to qualify for warranty service. Products may be returned only after you receive specific shipping instructions and an RMA number. At QueueWay"s discretion, product refunds may be issued at the purchase price. We"re sorry, but transportation and shipping charges are not included in the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
